Clear

Clears the Call form ready for a new record to be recalled.

Save

Available in maintenance view.

On selecting, the active record is saved. The form remains populated.

Select for other actions.

Save & Add New

On selecting, the active record is saved. The form is cleared ready for a new record to be added.

Select for other actions.

Where Auto create Job from Service Request is selected in CRM > System > Module Control / Service, on selecting Save or Save & Add New a Job is automatically created for the service request.

Select the Auto create job from Service Request/Call link above for further details.

Delete

On selecting, a message is displayed "Are you sure you want to delete this call?".

Selecting Yes deletes the active record. The form is cleared ready for a new record to be created.
