You can synchronize files stored in MYOB Acumatica with files stored on a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or [1]Our style requires acronyms and initialisms to be spelled out on first use unless the abbreviation is more common than the spelled out version. - To find the file, in the Selection area, specify criteria to help you find the file. - In the table, click the file to open the File Maintenance form for this file and view information about the file.
- On the Synchronization tab, select the Synchronize check box.
