It should be similar to the other concept topics and describe the process of the initial creation of a draft of a contract, as well as the fact that you can make revisions to a contract with the Draft status as your company and the customer are negotiating the terms of the contract. **Fixed-price and retainer contracts should be covered in this topic.** This information now is in the Managing Contracts chapter but it is about the creation and configuration of a contract and its elements, so it belongs in this chapter. Alternatively, you can have a new chapter after this one titled Creating a Draft Contract or Creating a Contract or Contract Creation. (This content, including the procedure, would then move OUT of the current chapter and we would instead focus on Implementing Contract Functionality and remove mentions of creating a draft.) The GI topic could focus on the general basics of contract creation. We could have the To Create a Contract topic as well as concept topics and procedures on fixed-price contracts and retainer contracts moved from the Managing Contracts chapter.
