Direct Debits

Use Direct Debits if your organisation has authority from Debtors to deduct funds from their bank account to settle their debt. Your desktop banking software must have direct debit capabilities.

To open the Direct Debit window, select Account > Direct Debits in Exo Finance.

Direct Debits are handled in batches. You can save a new batch as an open batch, which you can edit until it is confirmed. When you save a batch, you can print an audit report. You can also consolidate confirmed batches into a single batch.
