Using Works Orders

A Works Order is a more complex version of a build-type Bill of Materials. Use it to move through the production status for each stage of component assembly until the final product is ready.

You need to set up your build-type Bills of Materials before you can use Works Orders.

The Works Order processing function supports batch codes and serialised stock items.

Note: Works Orders are only available if the Use works orders Company-level profile setting in Exo Business Configurator is enabled.
