Cloud Services
Some features of Exo Business use cloud services to retrieve information from the Internet. These include:
- Bank Feeds
- Geolocation features
- ABN lookups for Australian companies
An icon at the bottom of the major Exo Business modules displays the status of the Exo Business cloud services:
The icon indicates one of the following statuses:
- Cloud services are available
- Cloud services are not currently available
- Cloud features have been disabled
You can click on the icon to check the status manually. The system automatically polls the status on first login, when a new user logs in or when the user chooses to refresh database settings.
