Setting up Price Rules

Stock Price Rules are used to apply a discount on a stock item or range of stock items, i.e. stock groups, to a specific debtor. Price rules are set up on a per debtor account basis; a price rule you set up for one debtor will not be available to another debtor.

1. Enter the Debtor account for whom you want to set up the price rule.

2. Click on the Discounts/Prices tab. There are two panes in this window: in the top half of the window price policies are set up, in the bottom half, price rules are set up.

3. Click the New Price Rule button ( ). The Setup Price Rule window is displayed.

4. Complete all fields on this window.

5. Click Save.
