Induction

This window allows you to assign Induction Plans to the employee.

TIP: Induction Plans are set up from the Maintenance menu. You can press F2 at any time to access this menu.

A list of the Plans already assigned to the employee will be displayed, initially this list will be empty.

To assign an induction plan to the employee, click the Add button. A list of all available induction plans appears. Select the induction plan that is suited to the employee's requirement by double-clicking on the chosen plan. This will take you through to the following window:

On this window you will see the points (steps) displayed. Tick the Done box for each step once it is completed; this will automatically insert the current date as the Date Completed. If you require the date to be changed you can override it.

To enter additional details for a point, double-click on the point and the following window appears:

You are now able to enter in additional information. You also have the ability to enter in a reminder date relating to this, which would result in a reminder being displayed on entry into the system and thereafter until the step was signed off as being completed and the reminder date being removed.
