Roles and IP Filters

This window opens when one of the Manage links on the Partner Support (MYSM2010) form. It lets you configure additional settings for the Partner Support user account.

Roles Tab

This tab is identical to the Roles tab on the Users (SM201010) form. You can use it to view, add, and remove any role assigned to the Partner Support user.

IP Filter Tab

You can optionally specify one or more IP address ranges using this tab; the Partner Support user will only be able to access the system if their IP address falls within one of the ranges you specify.

The tab functions in the same way as the IP Filter tab on the Users (SM201010) form. Any IP range(s) you enter here will be copied to the IP Filter tab on the Users form for the Partner Support user.
