Partner Support

Form ID: (MYSM2010)

This form allows an administrator to manage the Partner Support user accounts for the site. The form is available to users with the "Full User" licence type.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard Save and Undo buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.

Main Table

This area contains the Partner Support users' details and options for granting them access to the system.

Element Description
Email The Partner Support user's contact email address.
First Name The Partner Support user's first name.
Last Name The Partner Support user's last name.
Partner Company The name of the company that the Partner Support user works for.
Allow access to MYOB Advanced Tick this option to grant the Partner Support user temporary access to the MYOB Acumatica system.
Stop access at Select the date when the Partner Support user's access will be removed.
Allow export of data If this option is ticked, the Partner Support user will be able to use the Export Snapshot button on the Companies (SM203520) form. If this option is not ticked, the Export Snapshot button will be disabled.
Manage roles and IP filter Click the Manage link to open the Roles and IP Filters (MYSM2011) window in a popup, where you can assign roles and permitted IP addresses to the user.
