Set up coding report frequencies

For each client you can specify how frequently you want to prepare coding reports for them. For example, for some clients you might want to send them a monthly coding report, while for others, a quarterly report will do.

You can filter the Transaction processing page to show just the clients with a specific frequency. This can save you lots of time when selecting the clients you want to prepare a report for.


To set up reporting frequencies

  1. Click All clients at the top left of the page.
  2. In the Client list, select a client for which you want to specify their reporting frequency.
  3. In the Client details section, click Settings.
  4. If you’ve never set up a frequency for the client, click Set up preferences. If you’re changing an existing preference, click Edit.
  5. Select the reporting frequency for the client.
     

     
    ‘None’ indicates you don’t have a preferred reporting frequency for the client. You can still select the client on the Transaction processing page to create a coding report.
  6. Click Save.

To filter the Transaction processing page

  1. Go to the Transaction processing page.
  2. Click Filter.
     

     
  3. Select the reporting frequencies you want to display. The Transaction processing page updates to show just the clients with the frequencies that are selected.
  4. Click Filter again to hide the filtering options.
