M-Powered Bank Statements > Viewing and reconciling bank account information > Retrieving bank account information
Your latest bank account information is retrieved when you connect to MYOB M-Powered Services. Once retrieved, you can use this information to generate bank statement reports, perform bank transaction searches and reconcile your bank accounts.
You can choose how often to retrieve your bank account information. For example, you may want to retrieve your bank account information every day or once a week.

From any command centre, click M-Powered Services Centre. The MYOB M-Powered Services Centre window appears.

Click the Send/Receive button.

If you are not connected to the Internet, a window appears asking you to connect. After you are successfully connected to MYOB M‑Powered Services, the Transmission Summary window appears. This window informs you about the number of transmitted messages in both directions (that is, sent or received) as well as about the number of messages that were not transmitted successfully.
