By using this form, you can view a list of your own pay stubs. (You cannot view pay stubs of any other employee.)

If the Canadian Payroll feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, you can also review your own annual tax forms submitted to the Canadian Government authorities.

Pay Stubs Tab

In the table on this tab, your pay stubs are listed. If you click a link in the Reference Nbr. column, you can review payment details of the particular pay stub on the printed form.

The system shows only pay stubs linked with the paychecks that have the Printed status.

The table toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar.

Table 1. Table Columns
Column Description
Transaction Date The date of the payment.
Type The payment type, which can be one of the following: Regular, Special, Adjustment, or Voiding Paycheck.
Reference Nbr. The identifier of the payment, which is also a link that you click to open the Pay Stub printed form with the payment details.
Net Pay The net pay amount.
Gross Pay The gross amount of the paycheck.
Period Start The start date of the pay period.
Period End The end date of the pay period.
Total Hours The total number of hours worked during the pay period.
Average Rate The average amount paid per hour worked.

Annual Forms

On this tab, you can view a list of your submitted annual tax forms, such as T4 or Releve 1. If you click a link in the Year column, you can review the particular tax form on the printed form.

This tab appears only if the Canadian Payroll feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features form.

Table 2. Table Columns
Column Description
Form Name The name of the annual tax form.
Year The reporting year, which is also a link that you click to download the document in PDF format.
Company/Branch The company or branch that has been reported on, if the Multicompany Support, Multibranch Support, or both features are enabled on the Enable/Disable Features form.
Document Type The type of the document, which can be Original, Amendment, or Cancellation.
