Employee Deductions and Benefits

On this form, you can review employee information about deductions and benefits for the selected year summarized by quarter. For each quarterly amount, you can view the relevant details at the paycheck level.
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.
Selection Area
By using the elements in this area, you can specify filters, such as a specific year, for the information to be displayed in the table. The following table summarizes the elements of this area.

| Company/Branch |
The company or branch for which you want to view information. By default, the current company or branch is selected. |
| Year | The year for which information should be displayed in the table. |
| Include Unreleased Paychecks | A check box that indicates (if selected) that data from unreleased paychecks should also be included in the table. |
Table
The table on each filter tab displays a list of employees and related deductions and benefits within the selected year.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| All Records | Displays the list of all available deductions and benefits within the specified period. The tab is opened by default when the user opens the form. |
| Garnishments | Displays information about only the deductions that are marked as garnishments. |
| Payable Benefits | Displays information about only the benefits that are marked as payable benefits. |
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee ID | The identifier of the employee. |
| Employee Name | The name of the employee, as defined on the Employees (EP203000) form. |
| Deduction Code | The identifier of the deduction and benefit code. |
| Description | The description of the code. |
| Source | The entity with which the code is associated. |
| Vendor | The identifier of the vendor that is owed the liability resulting from the deduction or benefit. |
| Q1 Deduction Amount | The total amount deducted from net pay through the first quarter of the year. |
| Q1 Contribution Amount | The total amount that the employer contributes to the paycheck through the first quarter of the year. |
| Q2 Deduction Amount | The total amount deducted from net pay through the second quarter of the year. |
| Q2 Contribution Amount | The total amount that the employer contributes to the paycheck through the second quarter of the year. |
| Q3 Deduction Amount | The total amount deducted from net pay through the third quarter of the year. |
| Q3 Contribution Amount | The total amount that the employer contributes to the paycheck through the third quarter of the year. |
| Q4 Deduction Amount | The total amount deducted from net pay through the fourth quarter of the year. |
| Q4 Contribution Amount | The total amount that the employer contributes to the paycheck through the fourth quarter of the year. |
| YTD Deduction Amount | The year-to-date amount deducted from net pay. |
| YTD Contribution Amount | The year-to-date amount that the employer contributes to the paycheck. |
