Greentree Desktop uses these settings when saving a report as a PDF file or sending one to an email recipient. If you have not purchased the Greentree Desktop eReporting module, you can only send a report to one email or fax recipient at a time. If you are using the eReporting module, you can send reports to multiple email recipients.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Open PDF after conversion (only from preview form)
Select this option to view PDF files created using the report preview form.
Greentree uses these options to set the security level of generated PDF reports:
Greentree uses these options to set the page layout of generated PDF reports.
Image resolution
Enter a compression level in the range 1 to 100. Default is 100. This value is used to compress true colour images when saving a report to a PDF file through the print and task queue:
JPEG quality level is available only for 8bpp grayscale and non-indexed color images.
Page layout: Single page
Select this option to set the page layout of PDF files to single page.
Page layout: One column
Select this option to set the page layout of PDF files to one column.
Page layout: Two column left
Select this option to set the page layout of PDF files to two column left.
Page layout: Two column right
Select this option to set the page layout of PDF files to two column right.
Page mode: None
Select this option to set the page display mode of PDF files to none.
Page mode: Outline
Select this option to set the page display mode of PDF files to show page bookmarks.
Page mode: Thumbs
Select this option to set the page display mode of PDF files to show page thumbnails.
Page mode: Full screen
Select this option view PDF files created by Greentree Desktop in full-screen mode.
