Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Display header as default

Select this option to always display the sales order header form when a user enters sales order line items. Select this option if you enter order lines into the table instead of the line entry form.

If you don't select this option, the Sales Order Entry Line Item form displays to enable the entry of order lines using the form, when header details are saved.

Update changes to user

Select this option if you changed the line entry display and to default those changes to the user who is logged in when the changes are made.

If you select this option, the line entry details update for the user on the Sales Order User Preferences form when you save the Module Control settings.

Sales Order Line Entry Display Options

You can define whether a line item's fields are not enabled or are read-only when entering an order.

Note: You can change this setting at a user level on the Sales Order User Preferences form.
