SO FO Link Report

Use this report to list factory orders that have been linked to sales order lines, using the SO-FO Link function. It includes an option to only print sales orders with a delivery date that is earlier than the date for the factory order it is linked to.

This report can give you an indication of which customer orders cannot be delivered on time, based on when the factory order is due to be received.

Line Details

The report outputs these details for each sales order that is linked to a factory order, whose delivery dates fall in the parameters defined:

• Sales order delivery date
• Sales order number
• Customer code
• Linked line location
• Linked inventory item
• Inventory item stocking unit of measure
• Linked quantity
• Factory order number
• Factory order required date
• Factory order status

Delivery date from

Enter the first delivery date in the range of dates to report on.

Delivery date to

Enter the last delivery date in the range of dates to report on.

Behind schedule only

Select this option to only include orders that are behind schedule in the report.
