Use this tab to specify whether to hide line item fields or make them read only when entering an order, receipt entry, and shipment entry.
You can change the settings on this tab at a user level on the Purchase Order User Preferences form.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Display header as default
Select this option to always display the purchase order header when entering line items. You can use this option if you enter lines into the table. You can change this option on the Purchase Order User Preferences form.
If you don't select this option, the Line Item Entry form displays when header details are saved.
Update changes to user
Select this option if you changed the line entry display and to default those changes to the user who is logged in when the changes are made. If you select this option, the line entry details are updated for the user on Purchase Order User Preferences form when the Module Control settings are saved.
