This form is enabled if the CRM eTimesheets module is in use.
Use this form to view the detail associated with timesheets entered using that module. You can view timesheets that have been submitted but not yet approved, or ones that have been entered but not yet submitted. If the job has sub-jobs, timesheets for sub-jobs is listed if the option to Include Sub jobs is selected.
Allow Calls/Allow Service Requests
The selection made determines whether the Call /Service Request fields are available in eTimesheet during timesheet entry. Select:
Click the Show button to populate the enquiry table with results using the criteria you selected. Greentree Desktop calculates the total time allocated against this job by shown timesheets (entered using the eTimesheets module) and displays it in the table.
