This form is enabled if the JC Module Control options Use COS Journals and Use profit recovery percentage for Fixed Charge and Schedule Based jobs are not selected.
Use this form to finalise costs for a job (and sub jobs) before invoicing. You can generate invoices for a job without linking them to costs. You can flag costs as finalised. They do not appear as current costs using the invoicing process for fixed and schedule based jobs.
Select jobs using the search criteria fields to return the ones to the table below, from which you can select the jobs whose costs you are finalising.
Depending on the search criteria you use, Greentree Desktop can return jobs with these charge billing types:

Search Criteria
You can use any of the filters displayed in the header of the form to search for jobs to be calculated. These features can be used when entering search criteria:
You can also filter the output using the job flag — open, closed or finalised jobs, and job trees.
Include sub jobs
Select this option to include sub jobs in your selection.
Search Now
Click this button to display the jobs based on your selection. Jobs that match the search criteria display in the table.
Selected
Select the option for each job whose costs to finalise.
Select All
Click this button to select all the jobs displayed in the table.
Unselect All
Click this button to deselect all the jobs displayed in the table.
Finalise Costs
Click this button to finalise costs for the selected jobs.
Note: When a cost is finalised, the WIP value that displays in the Job Summary is reduced by the value of the cost(s).
