Use this tab to assign information about trees and user-defined fields to JC employees.
Note: If an employee tree is mandatory, you can't save a new employee masterfile unless you have allocated the employee to a branch in that tree.
You can only remove an employee on the JC Employee Tree Maintenance form.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
User defined trees
To assign an employee to a tree branch, double click the name of a tree in the table to display the associated branches. Then, select or change the tree branch for the employee.
User defined fields
Set up custom fields on the User Field Maintenance form. You can optionally assign a value to the fields in the table.
