Ensure these forms are enabled for any user who needs to use WBM function:

Data Entry > Inventory:

• Inventory Item Bin Maintenance
• Bin Adjustment Entry

Processing > Inventory:

• Bin Replenishment

Reports > Inventory:

• Warehouse Bin Management Reports

Print forms

WBM reports that are hotprinted use the IN Transfer default printer assigned on the Print forms form.

Data Entry

You have these data entry options:

• Enable bin suspense on receipting - Greentree Desktop receives surplus inventory into bin suspense if it cannot find enough bins with available capacity to fully receive the inventory, using the item's storage profile.
• Enable bin suspense on picking - Greentree Desktop picks inventory quantities from bin suspense if the stocking location has the full available quantity, but the bin locations within that stocking location do not.
