WARNING: Jobs display on the generic planner for these data providers using their Start date and Expected completion date to determine the time span. To initialise the planner dates per job, you must run the job cost system script Update job dates for use in the planner.
Where the vertical column (Y axis) is common, you can have multiple data providers on one planner.
The data instances displayed on the planner are determined by user-defined queries on the classes for the data provider. For example, you can query Service Requests by JC Employee provider on the CRMSVRequest class and on the JCEmployee class.
