3D Live Panel

The 3D Live Panel displays data in records that you select. For example, as the user selects an inventory item when entering data, a 3D Live Panel displays a picture of that item, another panel displays a list of availability across warehouses, and a third panel displays general information about the item including tree settings and user defined field information.

This form is enabled when either you add a 3D Live panel to a Workflow desktop or you click Add to add a new configuration to an existing 3D Live panel.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Trigger Class

Select the class that triggers the panel to display something. For example, if when entering data when the user selects a customer on the form and the 3D live panel displays a list of open quotes for that customer, select Customer as the trigger class not CRM Quote.

Trigger Form

Select the panel that triggers when the user uses a certain form. Leave this empty to trigger for the trigger class, regardless of the form the user uses.

Type

Once the 3D Live configuration is complete, you can enter properties for the configuration from the 3D Live configuration dropdown list.

3D Live Panel Caption

Enter a description of what the panel contains. You can add text with attributes from the record by dragging and dropping properties from the Select Property form into the caption value cell. To set the font, highlight the text in the cell, then right click and select Font.
