Classification Tab

You can assign a product, module, and category to the call on this tab if the Customer Relationship Management Module Control option Show classifications on calls is selected. You can also access this feature by clicking the Maintain Classifications button on the sidebar of the Call Maintenance form.

When you have assigned the product, double click in the Modules and Categories sections, and assign to the call.

Note: If a product or category is made inactive, you can't select it here. If either was made inactive after it was assigned to a call, it displays on this form in red.
