Analysis Tab

This tab displays pre-determined data graphically. These graphs give a summary of the organisation's:

• Relationships - Number of Open, Open Inbound, Closed and Closed Inbound Communications
• Sales and Marketing - Created Quote Potential ($ net based on created date), Expected Quote Potential ($ net based on expected date), Expected Quote Forecast ($ - net value x confidence %, based on expected date), Won Quote Amount ($net), Lost Quote Amount ($ net)
• Services and Support - Total number of Calls and Service Requests and Total number of Open Calls and Service Requests

Access to the graphs is based on the Module Access setting on the Company access tab of the User Preferences form.

The default AR Calendar determines period ends. If one is not set, then the default general ledger calendar is used.

You can also design custom graphs to analyse data.
