The system options for inbound emails determine application-wide set-up for Exchange File to Greentree.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Enable File Inbound Emails
Select this option to enable filing of inbound emails to Greentree Desktop.
Exchange File to Greentree
Select this option to file inbound emails using Exchange.
Note: If Outlook to Greentree is already installed and this option is selected, the Outlook to Greentree option is disabled.
Exclude TO Emails
Select this option to determine whether or not emails are filed against the To email address.
If you click:
Exclude CC Emails
Select this option to determine whether or not emails are filed against the CC email address.
If you click:
Emails are polled at regular intervals to the Exchange server and are retrieved and filed into Greentree Desktop using the Service Manager defined on the Processing System Status and Setup form.
