The integration settings makes Workflow independent of licensing for the modules that integrate with it.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Integration
Use this tab to indicate that the user can access the workflow items containing financial information.
Note: Workflow-only users do not have access to additional functions.
Mobile
Enter the user's mobile phone number. The Approvals and Alerts module uses this number to send the user a text message.
