This report prints a summary on any of these, based on timesheet entries using eTimesheets: Employee Performance, Approver Performance, Timesheets required, and actual status.
What the report outputs depends on the Show option and Performance Indicator selected.

You can set these parameters for the report:
Branch
Select the range of branches for which to run the report.
Employee Type
Select the range of employee types for which to run the report.
Employee
Select the range of employees for which to run the report.
Week Ending
Select the select range of week ending dates for which to run the report.
Submitted More Than x After Week End Date
Use this criteria to retrieve only timesheets that were submitted x-number of days or hours after the week end date. You need to enter the quantity and select the timeframe from the dropdown list.
Include Timesheets not Created
Select this option to report on timesheets not created. If you select this option, the report predicts what timesheets should exist in the date range that have not been created.
The report displays one predicted timesheet per week ending, based on the week ending date on the Job Cost Module Control form. The week ending criteria is mandatory when this option is selected. Only active employees for the reporting period are taken into consideration.
Split Timesheets at Job Cost Calendar Period End
This option uses the Job Cost Module Control option Use Split Weeks.
If you select this option, the report shows a predicted timesheet at the month end date. This is an additional predicted timesheet displayed with the week ending predicted timesheets created by the Include Timesheets Not Created option.
Include Timesheets with Less than Standard Hours
Select this option to include submitted timesheets with total hours booked less than standard hours in the report. The report uses the standard hours per week maintained in JC Employee Maintenance.
Include Timesheets with More than Standard Hours
Select this option to include submitted timesheets with total hours booked greater than standard hours in the report. The Standard Hours per Week defined on the JC Employee Maintenance form is used.
Include Resubmitted Timesheets Only
Select this option to report on resubmitted timesheets only. If you select this option, no predicted timesheets are included in the report.
Include Inactive Employees
Select this option to include inactive Job Cost employees in the report.
Show Matching Timesheets
The report displays all timesheets that match the report criteria entered, including predicted timesheets if the Include Timesheets not created option is selected.
Note: The Performance Indicator field is disabled when this option is selected.
Show Employee Performance
The report displays timesheet performance per JC employee for the criteria selected.
The Performance Indicator field is enabled.
Show Approver Performance
The report displays timesheet performance per approver for the criteria selected.
