Payroll Job Mapping

Use the Payroll Job Mapping form to create a mapping of jobs, activities, and payroll transaction types for eTimesheets.

This form is enabled if the:

Payroll module is enabled.
eTimesheets Module Control Module Control General tab option Allow Payroll trans types is selected.

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Payroll Job Mapping Table

Use this table to define a mapping between jobs, activities, and transaction types. You can enter an optional classification for each unique combination of job and activity. This mapping is used in eTimesheets to default values if not entered by the user:

Select the job using the search field.
Select the activity code using the search field.
Note: The job and activity code combination must be unique.
Select the transaction type using the search field. This search field gives access to all pay transaction types authorised for use by the eTimesheets module.
