Use the Task Scheduler to schedule approval rules to run at intervals you specify. Before you can schedule a rule, it must belong to a rule group.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Choose a Task
Select the task to schedule.
Run Once/Schedule
If you select:
Set Schedule Period
Select the options for running this task:
Then, select the days for which to schedule the task.
Send an email
If you select this option, an email is sent to the email address when the task is completed.
Rule Group
Enter or select the rule group applicable for this document process task.
Company
Enter or select the company for this document process task.
Note: You must select the company on the Companies tab on the Rule Maintenance form or the task will not run.
