Rule Schedule Groups Maintenance

You can schedule Approval and Alerts rules to provide results that you can analyse later. If a rule is scheduled, you must add it to a group to determine when to run the rule. You select the group in the Task Scheduler and define a schedule interval.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Type

The field for which you can edit lookup values. You can create new codes for the selected type, or delete or edit existing codes.

Code

Enter the unique alphanumeric identifier for the Type. The Code is a lookup value. You can define the list of values you required for the type.

Description

Enter the description of the Code.

System Entry

The system administrator can select or deselect this field. If this field is selected, only the administrator can edit the value and can limit the number of available selections.

Note: You can use menu security to restrict access to CRM system settings to administrators only.
