The Rule Class Maintenance form displays all the information for a particular class. This could include a list of events applicable for this class, whether it's a primary class and whether it can be a data driven form.
You can also set the display name for the class. This field displays on the Workflow desktop and in messages (such as email and notifications) if the class may need a more human-readable name to interpret the information displayed.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Class
Enter or select the class to review.
Description
Displays the name of the selected class.
Module
Displays the module code for the selected class.
Programmatic Events
Lists all the events that apply to the selected class.
Collection Path
Displays the path of the selected collection.
Company Path
Displays the company path for the selected class.
Display Name
You can display human-readable names for the selected class. Click the Insert Property button to select the records to display.
The Display Name is used on the Approval form and on messages such as emails, SMS, or notifications. Enterprise Search uses this name to describe the records it finds.
