Send an Email

Use this form to set up the information to email when this rule is run.

Click the Property button to add fields from the database to the email subject and body.

Attachments

You can add attachments to an email based on conditions set on the rule. You can send multiple attachments in an email.

• Select the attachment type. If the type is set, only attachments that have that same type set (and meets any other criteria) are sent.
• You can set the Primary option when an attachment type is set. If the attachment is set as the primary for that type (and it meets any other criteria) is sent.
• You can set a name for the attachment. This performs an exact match to the name field with the attachment.
• You can set a Path to email an attachment from a related record. If, for example, the email is being sent from an AR invoice, attachments from the AR customer can be sent by setting the Customer in the Path field. This is set be either typing in the path, or by selecting and dragging it from the Property list.
