Series Tab

Use this tab to specify how the data series displays. Each data series is represented by a button on the tab. Click the data series to display its settings.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Caption

The caption for the data series.

Bar drawing

The name of this tab depends on the chart type selected for this graph.

Enabled

Select this option to display the series on the graph.

Border and Fill

These options are the same as those outlined in the Title (Border and Fill) section.

Line drawing

These options are available if the graph is a line or area graph:

Line style

Select: Dash, Dash-Dot, Dash-Dot-Dot, Dot, Inside Solid, Solid, Transparent (default).

If any option other than Transparent is selected, you can also select these options:

Line width (thickness of border from 1-10)
Colour (displays standard colour palette)
Draw 3D (title displays as three dimensional)
Round corners
Shadow

Point drawing

These options are available if the graph is a dot or line with dot graph:

Shape - Select the shape of the object from the dropdown list.
Size - Select the size of the object from the list.
Colour - Click this button to select the object's fill colour.
