Sales by Salesperson Listing Report

Use this report to print sales analysis information by salesperson.

Header Details

• Report process date and time
• Page number
• Period end date, in the parameters

Line Details

This information displays for each salesperson in the report range:

• Salesperson code
• Salesperson description
• PTD (Period to date) value
• PTD profit
• Profit %
• YTD (Year to date) value
• YTD profit
• Profit %

The output of the report is sorted by salesperson code, and a Net total and a Tax total for all salesperson balances displays at the end of the report.

Salesperson Code

Enter the range of salesperson codes in the From and To fields. To include one code in the report, enter it in the From field.

To include all codes in the report, enter zzz in the To field.

Salesperson Name

Enter the range of salespeople involved with customers in the From and To fields. To include one salesperson in the report, enter the name in the From field.

To include all salespeople in the report, enter zzz in the To field.
