Name and Address Listing Report

This report prints a list of customer's names and addresses. The report contains this information:

Header Details

• Report process date
• Page number

Line Details

This information displays for each customer in the report range:

• Branch
• Customer code
• Customer name
• Customer address (all lines)
• Contact
• Phone/Fax

The output of the report is sorted using the profile you select in the report parameters:

• Customer code
• Customer name
• Branch/Customer code
• Branch/Customer name

From Customer

Enter the code for the first customer in the range of customers to include in the report.

To Customer

Enter the code for the last customer in the range of customers to include in the report. To report on a single customer, leave this field empty.

Leaving the From Customer field empty and entering zzzzzz in this field includes all customers in the report.
