This form updates with transaction detail selected on either the Items to Apply tab or the Balance Forward tab. You can edit values in the table before saving the journal. You cannot enter a value that exceeds the original value.
You can add lines to this table. If you enter a reference that does not exist, Greentree Desktop assumes you are entering an unapplied journal.
Note: If you do not enter a reference, Greentree Desktop assigns a reference of UNAPP to the journal. You can apply UNAPP transactions to invoices using the Apply Unapplied Transactions form.
