Customer Credit Card Expiry Report

This report prints details for any customer that has a credit card with an expiry date less than the current date. Credit card details and expiry dates are set up on the AR Credit Card Maintenance form.

Header Details

Expire before date, specified in parameters

Line Details

This information displays for each customer:

Customer code
Customer name
Card name
Card number (encrypted based on setup rules)
Customer contact
Customer email
Customer phone

Parameters

You can set these parameters for the report:

Expires Before

All credit cards that expire before the date you enter in this field are included in the report.

Exclude Inactive/Deletion

Select this option to exclude inactive or deleted credit cards from the report.
