Use this tab to define how timecards are processed for those employees who use timecards. If an employee uses timecards, set that option for each employee.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Allow times after Midnight
Select this option to enable times to be entered after midnight to enable timecard lines to span two days.
Process eTimesheets through Timecards
Select this option to create timecards, rather than being created as pay lines on a pay.
Allowed Line Types
Select the option which is appropriate to which lines to enter:
Enter Job using Search Field
Select this option to enable selection of jobs from the dropdown list, rather than a text entry field. You can't enter the activity and work centre when this option is in use.
The default activity is taken from the transaction type.
