This form shows the employee's Auto Enrolment status. The category and flag for matching pension, with the latest assessments, show you the status of the employee.
You can perform a manual individual assessment and process actions, including opting in or out, postponing or enrolling the employee. The actions available depend on the status of the employee and the employee's last assessment.
Drilling down on the assessment shows the history of the action. Clicking the Action button processes the current action.
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Non-worker
Select this option of the employee meets the definition of a non-worker. The employee is excluded from assessments if they are a non-worker.
Worker category
This display-only field shows the worker category that is assessed by Greentree Desktop.
In matching pension
This display-only option shows if the employee is in a matching pension. This option checks the transaction types set on the employee to determine if they have a transaction type that is set as a matching pension.
Action
This display-only field shows the current pending action, or the last action that was undertaken for the employee (if the Complete option is selected).
Complete
This display-only field shows whether the displayed action is completed.
