Note: The Forecast and History tabs are reloaded each time you select another transaction type in this table.
Forecast up to
This field:
Current Balance At
This field defaults to the last accrued date for the transaction type selected. The leave balance for the transaction type on the last accrued date displays in hours, days and weeks if the conversions exist on the employee or the calendar.
Forecast Balance At
This field defaults to the forecast up to the date entered. The forecasted accrued leave balance for the transaction type is calculated and displayed in hours, days, and weeks if the conversions exist on the employee or the calendar.
Note: Forecast Balance = Current Balance + Forecast Accruals - Leave Requests.
Subsequent Transactions
This table lists the events that occurred since the accrual process. For example, if the accrual is performed up to 30 June and the employee took leave on 15 July, then the leave displays in the Transactions table because it has not been included in the accrual process.
