Other Employees Tab
If the HR employee can access another employee's records, use this tab
to indicate which employee's records they can view.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options
and fields are highlighted in red.
Access other Employee Records
Select:
- All - Access to all other
HR employees.
- Selected list - Select
the employees who can be accessed.
- Pay group - All employees
allocated to the selected pay group can be accessed.
- Branch - All employees
allocated to the selected branch can be accessed.
- Profit Centre - All employees
allocated to the selected profit centre can be accessed.
- Team - All employees allocated
to the selected team can be accessed.
