Status Maintenance

Open this form by selecting System > eDocs > Status Maintenance.

Setup the statuses that you expect an eDoc PO receipt, call, or service request to progress through. You must include a status for Imported and Completed, as well as any checking statuses you want in between.

For each status specify which users can alter header details and generate. You can't code PO receipts, calls, or service requests.

Only click the Process button if you have setup alert rules to automatically assign or generate based on existing status and assigned organisation.
