Schedule Import Script

You can use an import script to check the directories specified on the eDocs Module Control form and to import any new documents.

1. Select Process > Task Scheduler.
2. Select System script.
3. Select Schedule, Daily and enter a time.
4. Select the script on the right side.
5. Enter the name of the file into which the import results are written.

If you want eDocs imported more regularly, you can schedule multiple tasks for different times.

The eDoc import can also be run by clicking the refresh icon on the desktop panel.
