Hold Code Maintenance

When transactions are put on hold, you can assign a code for the hold on this form. Greentree Desktop maintains a hold balance for customers and suppliers, which is the value of transactions that have a hold code assigned to them. The hold balance displays on the Customer Maintenance and Supplier Maintenance forms.

Code

Enter a code, up to 20 alphanumeric characters.

Description

Enter a description, up to 50 alphanumeric characters.

Is retained

Select this option if you want the value of transactions that have this hold code assigned to them to update the retention balance.
