Security Tab

The Security tab captures and displays the:

User that the requisition is assigned to.
Team that the requisition is assigned to.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Assigned User

This field displays the current owner of a record. Record ownership determines how the record can be accessed, and is defined on the User Preferences form. You can change the assigned user by selecting another user from the dropdown list. Records are assigned a user based on:

Module Control settings

You can change the assigned user by selecting another user from the dropdown list.

Assigned Team

This field displays the team that currently owns a record. Security uses the record ownership to determine access, as defined on the User Preferences form. Records are created with the assigned team defaulting based on:
