Overview
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite consists of these modules:
Requisitions
Use this module to request items required to perform your daily task. Requisitions has a direct link with other Greentree Desktop modules, which enables you to select general ledger, fixed asset, job costing, inventory, and non-stock items to requisition.
Use this module to enter requisitions, without having in-depth knowledge of stock levels and purchasing procedures. Depending on security, the user or a responsible party (such as a purchasing officer), can process the requisitions and determine if the inventory items is sourced.
Requisitions can suggest sourcing locations based on stock levels. You can change the suggested quantities and locations. Requisitions enables inventory transfer, allocating inventory items to jobs, as well as generating purchase orders to fulfil the requirements of the requisitions.
Without inventory sourcing, requisitions can go through to the approval or purchasing cycles.
Catalogues
A catalogue is a masterfile of stock items.
Analytics
SCM Analytics gives you access to sales information by generating user-defined reports and exports. You can define any number of sales reports. You can enter a header for the report and select report filters, groups, and fields. You can export masterfile and sales information using the Sales Analysis Export form, which exports all the fields that you define in the COM interface.
Administration
You can assign users to one or more teams enabling records to be allocated to specific users, and also specific teams. The security function can be set at any of individual, team, or global levels allowing a user to be allowed or denied access to functions such as read, change, or delete for each record type. The administrative tasks have been grouped into a System module.
