Workflow Tab
Use the Workflow tab to define the default desks for the CRM system. You can specify different desks for Sales, Support, and Collection staff. You can access these desks from a menu item for each module.
If you select the My desk is loaded on start-up option, the desk defined under My Desk loads when Greentree Desktop starts. This gives you — for example, an immediate view of items for follow up, calls to be made, and leads that are due. You can also select desk icons to be displayed in colour.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Desktop Colour
Select the background colour to use with your desktops. You can select:
- Default colour: The sample form updates to display the default colour.
- Select colour: Select the colour you require. The sample form updates to display the colour selected.
Default Debt Coll Desk
Select the Desktop to load when you select CRM > Debt Collection > Show Collections Desk.
Default Support Desk
Select the Desktop to load when you select CRM > Service & Support > Show Service Desk.
Default Sales Desk
Select the Desktop to load when you select CRM > Sales & Marketing > Show Sales Desk.
Default My Desk
Select the Desktop to load when you select Workflow > Show My Desk. This desk is loaded if the My Desk is loaded on startup option is selected.
My Desk is loaded on startup
If you select this option, the desk selected as the Default My Desk is loaded on Login.
Show icons using colours
If you select this option, the icons on your Workflow Desktop is displayed in colour.
Default Fund Raising Desk
Select the Desktop to load when you select CRM > Fund Raising > Show Fund Raising Desk.
