Bulk Picking Sheet Report

This report prints picking details in bulk, rather than using individual packing slips to pick orders. Use it when you pick by item, rather than by discrete order, which is a method used to minimise picking time as all items for multiple orders can be picked from the same location at the same time. Items will later be sorted into orders before shipping.

Header Details

  • Report process date and time
  • Page number

Line Details

For each location included in the report range, these details print:

  • Location code and description
  • Quantity supplied (from packing slip) - this represents the quantity to pick
  • Stocking unit of measure
  • Inventory code and description

The report output is sorted in location order, and item code order within location (if multiple items are stored in the same location).

The form assigned as the Bulk Picking Sheet on the Packing Slip tab of the SO Module Control form is the one that defaults when the Bulk Picking Sheet is selected from the Reports > Sales Order menu.

The default report is SO Bulk Picking Sheet. You can copy and customise this if you have specific requirements that are not met by the format of the report. Discuss this with your Greentree consultant.
